He makes a wicked "Sunday Dinner" (In Newfoundland, that consists of a roast chicken, salt beef, potatoes, carrots, turnip, cabbage, bread pudding, stuffing, all smothered in yummy gravy! and maybe some beets and pickles on the side).
Last Sunday he decided to change it up a bit and got a prime rib roast. Now, I'm not a huge fan of red meat but it was absolutely YUMMY! So moist and tender....and with all the fixin's...what a delicious dinner!
